Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OpinionLens platform operated by Plainsurf LLC FZ, Dubai, UAE ("OpinionLens", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service, the customer and its authorized users ("you") agree to these Terms.

OpinionLens provides analytics and intelligence derived from publicly available social content, including sentiment analysis, competitor comparison, content-spreader ranking, and a research assistant grounded in your collected data.

Insights are provided for informational and decision-support purposes. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

You agree to use OpinionLens lawfully and ethically. You must not:

• Use the platform to surveil, harass, dox, or target any individual, or to enable discrimination.
• Attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or anonymized outputs.
• Upload private, confidential, or unlawfully obtained data into the platform.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform, its models, or its outputs to third parties.
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.

OpinionLens processes only publicly available content and the account data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your configured searches, hashtags, and workspaces comply with applicable law and the terms of the source platforms.

You must not use OpinionLens in any manner that would violate the privacy rights of individuals or the terms of service of any social platform.

OpinionLens, including its software, design, models, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Plainsurf LLC FZ. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your workspace configuration and any lawful data you supply. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used by us to improve service reliability and performance.

Each customer workspace is logically isolated. We will not disclose your data or analyses to other customers, and we treat your workspace contents as confidential.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated to workspace administrators where practical.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of automated sentiment or entity extraction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpinionLens and Plainsurf LLC FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on platform outputs. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use and Data Responsibilities sections. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
